The download can sometimes take time to start due to a lot of reasons. A few of them are as follows:
The length of the Project is more than 10 minutes
The file size is larger than 600MB
Network congestion & Server Issues
Third-party dependencies
In most cases, your download should start in 30 seconds. If you are facing any issues please report to Chat Support.
Different ways to download your project files
There are multiple methods available for downloading the output results from your projects. We will explore each of these methods in detail. Your choice of method may depend on various factors, but primarily on the number of projects you need to download.

The easiest and fastest method to download a project is through this method.
Open Project Output Page
Click on the Download Button Right under the Video Player.
Now select the preferred format from the options to download your output files. If you are on the trial or supreme plan, you will have limited downloads, so choose wisely.
You will get a toast notification on the left bottom of the screen.

Using this method of downloading projects, you will only be able to download Project files in one format. Use the Previous method to choose more formats.
