We recently updated our Data Storage Policy to improve platform performance and optimize storage for all users. As part of this change:
All past projects have been deleted.
Projects created before the policy update are no longer available.New rule: 15-day project storage.
Every new project created on Dubverse will remain available for 15 days from the date of creation. After 15 days, projects will be automatically deleted from our servers.
Why are we doing this?
To ensure faster processing and smoother performance on the platform.
To maintain system efficiency by reducing long-term storage overhead.
To keep your workspace clutter-free and focused only on your latest projects.
What should you do?
Download your projects within 15 days to keep them permanently.
If you want to keep a project longer, make sure to save it locally before it’s deleted.
We understand this is a change from the past, but this policy will help us deliver a more reliable and faster Dubverse experience for all users.
